Evaluation and assessment of the applications will be executed by the Evaluation Committee of the Group’s Department of Human Resources.

 

During the Assessment process, the following will be taken into consideration:

• The average degree grade acquired.
• The reference letters.
• The knowledge of the English language.

 

Additionally will be taken into consideration:

• The Purpose of Scope.
• The applicant’s profile and personality.

 

The Evaluation Committee, after the completion of the assessment process, will submit a management trainee placement proposal to the Management of HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. The Management of HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. makes the final decision on the placement of the successful young graduates.

The Management of HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. also reserves the right to reject any application, even if it meets all the program’s requirements, without having to explain the decision on either to reject or to accept an application.
