Corporate Governance refers to a set of principles, which form the basis of the adequate organization, operation, management and control of a company with the long-term goal of maximizing its value and safe guarding the legitimate interests of all those connected with it.
In the context of corporate governance, the Company meets the requirements of Greek law, mainly Law 4548/2018 and Law 3016/2002 and follows the practices of corporate governance of the Greek Corporate Governance Code for listed companies such as is in force after its revision by the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (HCGC) in 2013.
In the above context, the Company has adopted principles, policies and regulations reflected in its Articles of Association, the Internal Rules of Procedure, the Code of Conduct and other regulations and / or policies that regulate its individual functions with the deviations that, as the case may be, refer to its annual report.
